We ship worldwide from the United States!
How much does shipping cost?
While shipping costs may vary, shipping is calculated at checkout, so you’ll see the exact amount before you complete your purchase!
Why is international shipping so expensive?
Shipping internationally includes the duty fees, which we have no control over, unfortunately!
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock orders are processed within 3 business days. Items with extended lead times will be indicated on the product page.
My order has shipped but there's something wrong with the tracking (ie: package was lost, stolen, etc)
If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, please file a claim with our support team using your email and order number. If you did not add package protection, we recommend contacting USPS or the delivery service listed in your tracking information for assistance. Our support team can be reached at merch@audiochuck.com

Is Afterpay available in the merch store?
We have Shop Pay which is Shopify's version of Afterpay! If your order qualifies, Shop Pay will appear as an option during checkout.
Will items be restocked after they sell out?
If an item sells out, there’s a possibility it will be restocked so keep checking back!
Can I use my Fan Club discount code more than once?
Your Fan Club discount code is a one-time use code.
What do I do if I forgot to enter my Fan Club discount code?
If you forgot to apply your Fan Club discount code to your order, reach out to the merch company by either responding to your merch order confirmation email or by emailing merch@audiochuck.com. You’ll need to provide your order confirmation number and the discount code and the merch company will be able to further assist!
What do I do if I have a question about my order (e.g. checking on the status, didn't receive a confirmation email, need to make a change, etc.)?

Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final, so we’re not able to offer exchanges, refunds, or store credit for items that don’t fit or for change-of-mind purchases.
